To help your students get started with Alethea, we recommend sending out an introduction email.
1. Navigate to the 'Assignments' page.
2. You can find and edit the template through the banner which will appear in the beginning of the semester.
3. Alternatively, click on the three-dot menu next to the "Create" button and select "Introduction Email."
Once you do that, a popup window will appear with our template for this email. The template includes a brief explanation about Alethea, login steps, and links to useful resources like our Help Center.
4. You can edit the subject and content of the email.
5. You can either send it right away or schedule it for later.
All students enrolled in your course on the LMS will receive this email from an Alethea account. Please note that this email is a one-time communication. Once it's sent, you will not be able to edit it or send it again.
